My family LOVED this Airbnb. Walkable to really nice area with great food and drink places. Well equipped with kid sleeping and dining needs. The airbnb felt exceptionally well cleaned and appointed, we intend to stay there again as soon as possible!

This home was fantastic. Very well stocked throughout! The kitchen has so much tupperware, and so neatly organized, that was the biggest standout we had. But other than the tupperware situation, there was everything we could need in the kitchen. For the bedrooms and bathrooms, it was also really well stocked. Tons of towels, plenty of blankets, beds were all very comfortable. Everything seems really new and well kept. The host was very quick to communicate and we had no issues. The neighborhood is very new, but everyone was nice and polite. The backyard is small but functional, and well enclosed. Theres a path that you can take to walk to the actual Deschutes National Forest and get on Estrada loop and River trail within a 10 minute walk. We were also able to get down to the river on the trails in about 35 minutes. On the heavy snow days, we saw people cross country skiing from the neighborhood to the forest. Just be aware theres a lot of construction right now down the block.

Looks exactly as pictured. So cute, quiet and in walkable neighborhood. Great grocery store less than a block away. House was stocked with everything youd need. Washer and dryer was super handy too. Will stay the next time Im in Bend!

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was walkable to downtown and super comfortable when we were inside during the cold and snowy weather. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay!

Best Vacation EVER!!!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, swings, etc. We want to come back! This is such an amazing side of Bend with Newport Market, Chow, and cute houses. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

The Lavender Cottage is such an amazing place to stay and the location couldnt be any better, especially with the available cruiser bikes you can take into old town (the best part of Bend). The house has such charm, from the front and back porches to the landscaping on the outside. Inside, exceptionally clean...

Very clean & comfortable! Great location, close to everything on the Westside (great dining, micro breweries, Newport Market, bike paths, etc...) and just a short walk/ bike into town or the Old Mill District. We loved the Bluebird House!

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Bend. The location of the River Gem Bungalow is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the river was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back!
