Come stay 30 days in Downtown Bend and call this charming home your Base Camp while you go out and explore Central Oregon. Lots and lots to do here with all four seasons to enjoy! This cozy home is located right downtown in the heart of Bend. Cruising on a bike or on a walk you are able to venture right out your front door and enjoy dining, Drake park, Deschutes River and the many events that happen in Bend, Oregon.
This three bedroom two bath is a single level home with a large gourmet kitchen for cooking your own meals when you are not exploring. Large OLED smart TV for streaming and free high speed wifi to use while working from home. Primary bedroom has a king bed with soft and comfy linens. Second bedroom has a queen bed with a desk and chair. Third bedroom has a full size bed with a desk and chair. There is a garage for parking or storing outdoor gear. The backyard features a hot tub, outside grill and is fully fenced for your furry friend.
If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, there are endless hiking and mountain bike trails just minutes from town. The spectacular Cascade Mountains and Mt Bachelor Ski Resort are an easy 20 minute drive providing endless opportunities for outdoor adventures.

This property was wonderful. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful yard that feels secluded while right in town. Wonderful working spaces if you have to work while on your visit. We could have stayed here the whole time but it was so close to great activities and restaurants we had to explore Bend.
Wed highly recommend this rental.

Notes
Base Camp is stocked with luxury linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. You are responsible for any additional items that will need to be resupplied during your stay. Garbage and recycle will need to be pulled out each week. Alternating garbage bin the first week and garbage and recycle bin the next week. During our winter months, snow shovels will be provided to shovel walk ways and driveways.
