Fun on the River

The new Bend Whitewater Park opened September 2015 at the Colorado Avenue Dam on the Deschutes River. Open to the public and free for all to enjoy, this state-of-the-art park features a floater`s channel, a nature habitat channel, and a whitewater channel with waves created by electronically controlled pneumatic bladders.
